Property and Cancellation Policies

Cancellations 30 days prior to arrival are 100% refundable. Within the 30 days, 50% will be refunded if cancelled within 14 days of arrival. After that all payments will be forfeit. However, in the event those dates are booked by other guests the previous travellers will be reimbursed base on the amount recovered by the new bookings.
